Printer Shows Offline

Clear the Spooler:

 

1)    Click Start, type: Services in the Start Search box.

2)    Within services locate Printer Spooler, right click it and select stop.

3)    Go to the folder: C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.

4)    Go back to Printer Spooler service and start it.
