Usually, within 24-48 hours, you should receive notice of their decision. Typically, you receive one of two replies:

  • Not qualified for mitigation
  • We have implemented mitigation
If you receive the not qualified response, reply to the email.  Ask for clarification as to why your IP did not qualify.  You will usually receive a response in 24-48 hours.   The response comes from a real tech who will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you IP qualifies for mitigation, you should see the Hotmail email block removed in 24 hours.

VPN setting

https://hardforum.com/threads/keep- vpn-connection-established-after- log-off.1309475/

I'm going to keep this short and simple. I have two servers here, both Windows Server 2003. One has been settup with the role of VPN server, and the other has been set up to connect to it. The client is using the regular windows client, the one that's set up by going to network connections, add a new connection, etc. It will connect and work fine, the only problem is that when I log off the server, it disconnects.

How can I keep this connection open? Keep in mind, I don't want all my traffic running through this vpn. I don't know if that will affect the solution or not. Both of these servers are web servers and that would be bad. :D

EDIT:
I think I figured it out. To my knowledge, this works. I'm waiting for my friend to try it out and confirm.

To do this, open up regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Right click and go to New->String Value. Call it KeepRasConnections. That may be case sensitive. Now, double click on it and set the value to 1.

Click Set up new connection or network

Choose VPN
