STEP1. Type "Agent" under the section that says “We’re here to help.”
STEP2. Ignore the Recommended help > and look for the blue button that says CONTACT SUPPORT or SIGN IN TO CONTACT Support and click it.
STEP3. You'll be routed on the next page that says, “Tell us a little more about your problem”, choose "Microsoft365/Office" under “Products and services”
STEP4. Under "Category" pick "Technical Support".
STEP5. Click CONFIRM > Chat with a support agent in your web browser.
